Welcome to our story, our mission,
and our exciting journey.
_______________

Envision Boston Giving is a new philanthropy program founded by Boston optometrist, Dr. Tricia Rose, in partnership with Boston Public Schools and Mayor Martin J. Walsh’s Education Task Force.

Our mission is to provide free vision screenings and eye wear to children in need.

Launched in spring 2017, in its first year Envision Boston Giving will provide screening clinics in three Boston Public Schools with a collective enrollment of more than 1,000 students.

MEET OUR VISIONARIES
____________________

Our Visionaries are people from our community whom we admire for their commitment to giving and their love for Boston.  They have graciously agreed to serve as ambassadors to our philanthropic mission.

Our Visionaries will be introduced through the coming months on our blog, and we believe their stories will inspire a wave of kindness and compassion in this beautiful city that we so proudly call home.

We know that our future lies in the hands of our youth, and we collectively are committed to helping them see their world more clearly.

A NEW LENS ON LIFE.

Envision Optometry Boston, in partnership with Boston Public Schools, is providing vision screenings and eye glasses for children in need. Your donation will support the program’s commitment to provide free glasses, repair and replacement of the glasses, when needed.

Removing barriers to learning is vital in helping unlock a student’s full potential and closing opportunity and achievement gaps. Envision Boston Giving provides our children with the opportunity to see more clearly, allowing them to be more engaged in the classroom and greatly improves the quality of
their lives.
